Excellent Business Hotel

Have used a number of times and always the selling point of the hotel is customer service with attention to detail. Rooms are good. STandard rooms are no better than other 4 star hotels but as said customer service stands out. As hotel changed hands on 1 October I am trusting that what works well is not changed as a staff are a companys greatest resource. Since it is now owned by a group I hope they note this. Well done the staff at Park Inn - formerly Langs.

Hotel For Business Travel

Excellent hotel for the business traveller. As main meal of the day was breakfast this is the hotel to be for that. Excellent quality and presentation. Regularly maintained as self service. Designated Breakfast staff made all the difference with their welcome and excellent, efficient customer service. The staff through their actions created an atmosphere of quietness to enjoy the papers before the start of the business day. From Booking in to booking out don't go to Glasgow without considering this hotel. My only comment would be to see a slightly cheaper rate.

Night Out In The Big Smoke

Found some great bars in Glasgow, where we watched a whole day of sport from football and rugby to horse racing.These included Europa during the day(good cheap food), Llyods, Frankensteins, Waxy O'Connors,All Bar one and The Counting House.
