The Sound of Music was wonderful and our seating was in an excellent position, row E, only five rows from the front. Great show.

Very good show. Lots of scenery changes. Cast very good, especially Summer, who played Maria and Simon McQuorkindale, who played Captain Von Trapp. I expected the stage version to be exactly the same as film version but there were a few changes. Sorry that the puppet show scene was not included and felt the ending was a bit rushed - scenery for hiding in convent could have been better. Not the best but certainly not the worst show I have seen. Probably would not see twice.

The show was excellent and my daughter especially enjoyed recognising the lead man as Simon McCorkindale! The only disppointment was the humidity and heat in the theatre that made my daughter feel unwell and therefore we had to leave before the end of the second half performance.
